Formation of AV Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt -a registered firm of German Tax Consultants which provides professional services under German tax and other laws to Indo-German Businesses including many renowned International Business Organisations.

Since 1998
In 1998, obtained membership of Steuerberaterkammer Hessen (German Regional Institute of Tax Consultants, Hessen). After having achieved qualifications and high class experiences in Indian Accounting, Ashok Kumar Verma went again to the schools from 1990 onwards to learn German language, German Accounting, German laws to obtain the German memberships as well. „Wenn perfection in one subject is achieved, one should become student for another subject“ (Gerhart Hauptmann).

Since 1981
Obtained Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1981 and was taken as first partner in a very reputed firm of Chartered Accountants (having Standing of over 45 years) in Srinagar, Kashmir in 1981. Conducted audits of many Nationalised Banks (including as Central Statutory Auditors and Consolidation of Branches), State Financial Corporations, Central and State Govt. Companies, Five Star Hotels, World Bank aided projects, Builders, Manufactures, Exporters, Traders, IATA Travel Agents, Hospitals, Schools/Colleges, Clubs, Cinemas, Theaters and renowned service sector organisations.
